I also had significant pain at the base of my left thumb, from an injury some 4 years ago. Hydrocortisone injections did not help and, each time I needed to exert pressure with my left hand, I jarred the thumb until I almost screamed with pain. Whilst the thumb is still quite sensitive, the pain is better controlled.

When you came to see me I was suffering from very severe pain in my neck, and could not turn my head either way, but since using the APS machine it has cleared completely.

When you came to see me I was suffering very severe pain in my fingers and shoulder and occasionally knees. I had not played golf for a number of years. My hands were so stiff and my finders swollen I could no longer grip the club.
