When you decide to improve the quality of your life and purchase a Micro-current Tharapy machine, we  promise to give you whatever help and support you need, to ensure that you get the best out of this wonderful piece of equipment.

When Simon comes to visit you to show you the range of machines and to give you a Free Treatment, he will have a chat with you about what it is you are suffering from and what you want to treat.  It is all very pleasant and relaxed and most certainly not pressurised. (No hard sell!  No obligation!) It usually takes about an hour and most people find it interesting and fascinating … and of course there is always room to have a bit of a laugh and a joke.

Having decided to invest in your future well-being and to buy a machine, you will receive an easy Step by Step Guide to get you started.  We encourage people to use this because they quickly gain confidence in using their new machine but like anything new, it takes a day or two to get into a routine.  If you should get stuck, then all you have to do is pick up the phone and speak to Brenda who will talk you through it and answer any questions you may have.

As your treatment is progressing, there may come a time when you would like Simon to visit you again, to give you face to face help and advice.  Simon is always willing to do this, as he is as keen as you for your treatment to be a success.

Throughout our 7 years of involvement with Micro-current Therapy, we have always prided ourselves in giving a ‘Gold Standard’ of personal after-sales service. We will monitor your progress through the regular updates that you will post to us and give you help and advice where appropriate and especially if you suddenly seem to be ‘stuck’ and not making the progress we would all like and expect.
